How long is the membership term?
The Beam Membership requires a 12-month commitment to support consistent, long-term skin health.
Can I cancel before my term ends?
The Beam Membership requires a 1 year initial commitment. After that, your membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until canceled. This commitment allows you to experience the full benefits of consistent, medically guided care.
Does the membership renew automatically?
Yes. After your initial 12-month commitment, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
When is the membership fee charged?
Your card will be automatically charged $40 each month on the date of enrollment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
What if my payment is declined?
If a payment fails, you’ll have 10 days to update your payment method. Membership benefits will be paused until payment is received.
Are membership fees refundable?
Membership fees and services are non-refundable.
What is a corrective BBL series?
A corrective BBL series is a set of treatments spaced over 4-6 weeks to improve concerns like pigmentation, redness, and uneven tone. Results are built gradually through multiple sessions, allowing us to safely adjust each treatment based on how your skin responds. True correction takes multiple sessions, results build over time, and it’s important to understand that one treatment alone is not intended to fully correct a concern. This is a highly individualized approach, not one-size-fits-all, which is why we encourage starting with a complimentary consultation to create a plan tailored specifically to you and your goals.
