Olivia brings a rare combination of clinical expertise, artistry, and warmth to Beam Aesthetics. She brings over 11 years of overall aesthetics experience, including 4 years working directly in dermatology, and founded Beam with a vision: to create a space where advanced skin health treatments are paired with genuine, personalized care.

Her dedication to elevating the field extends beyond her practice. Olivia proudly serves on the Oregon Health Licensing Advisory Board for Advanced Aestheticians, where she helps shape safety and training standards across the state. She is also Oregon’s official Clinical Trainer for Sciton Lasers, one of the most advanced laser platforms in the world. This means she not only trains other providers in cutting-edge treatments like BBL HEROic™ and Moxi™, but also ensures every Beam patient receives care backed by the latest science and best practices.

With 17 years of experience in the skincare industry, including two years specializing in lasers and aesthetic consulting, Cynde brings a wealth of expertise to Beam Aesthetics. Her background working alongside a dermatologist and running her own practice fuels her passion for continuous learning and helping patients achieve their best skin.

With 5 years of hands-on experience as an Esthetician, Lindsey specializes in a wide range of facial and aesthetic treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her approach is centered on creating customized treatment plans that deliver visible, lasting results—whether you’re looking to address specific skin concerns or simply maintain a healthy, refreshed complexion. Lindsey is passionate about providing exceptional care in a welcoming, results-focused environment, and she takes pride in building strong, long-term relationships with every client she works with. In her free time she enjoys baking sourdough and staying active.

Maddy offers over seven years of customer service experience and is the go-to person for patient scheduling and coordination at Beam Aesthetics. She is dedicated to ensuring that each patient feels valued and supported throughout their skincare journey, making her an essential part of our team.
